Our platform allows you to generate codes with any length of characters and any format (including letters, numbers or special characters), your company can choose the format of its 2FA codes.
The 2FA codes that use an email, SMS, voice or WhatsAPP are not linked to the device, but to phone numbers or email accounts, so if the user loses the device, the user can continue accessing it from a new device.
The user must register their phone number or email in their account, which will be verified by sending a code. Once this is done, the system must ask for the 2FA code every time there is an access with the correct username and password.
